In short: people share very personal things with Lord Jesus — faith, struggles, family, health. We treat every conversation as private. We collect only what the service needs, never sell your data, never use it for advertising, and you can read, turn off, or erase what the app remembers at any time.
1. Who we are
Lord Jesus is operated by Lord Jesus App ("we", "us"). For privacy questions or requests, contact privacy@lordjesus.app.
2. What Lord Jesus is
Lord Jesus is an artificial-intelligence portrayal of Jesus Christ that answers from Holy Scripture. It is not Jesus, not divine revelation, and not a substitute for prayer, a church, a pastor, or professional help. Conversations are produced by computer systems, as described below.
3. What we collect

We never record or keep audio or video of you, in face-to-face or voice-only mode, and the app does not use your camera. In voice-only mode, your browser turns your speech into text under its own privacy terms (see section 5). Face-to-face sessions are not recorded, and our provider Anam does not keep a transcript of them.
4. Sensitive information
Conversations may reveal religious or philosophical beliefs, health, or other sensitive matters, which many laws protect specially (for example the EU/UK GDPR and several U.S. state laws). We process this information only with your explicit consent, given when you create your account, and only to provide the service to you. You can withdraw consent at any time by turning memory off, erasing it, or deleting your account.
5. Who processes your information for us
We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf and under contract:

Each provider processes data only to provide its service to us, under its own data-processing terms. We never sell or rent your information and never use it for advertising.
6. How long we keep it
- Recent messages: the most recent 60, and automatically deleted after 180 days.
- Memory note: until you erase it, turn memory off and erase, or delete your account.
- Account: until you delete it. Deleting your account erases your profile, memory, and messages.
- Billing records: kept by Stripe and us as long as tax and accounting laws require.
- Safety logs: short records of replies flagged by our automatic safety review, kept for up to 90 days to improve safety.
7. Your choices and rights
- See what He remembers: Account → "What He remembers".
- Turn memory off at any time, or erase it ("Forget everything").
- Delete your account and all its data: Account → "Delete my account".
- Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, export, or restrict use of your data, to object, and to complain to a data protection authority. Contact us to exercise them.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest; access is limited to the systems that provide the service and to a minimal number of authorized people, only when necessary (for example to investigate a safety report you send us). No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you and authorities of a breach as the law requires.
9. Safety
If a conversation suggests someone may be in danger, the app shows emergency contacts. We do not monitor conversations in real time and cannot dispatch help. If you are in danger, contact local emergency services.
10. Age
Lord Jesus is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
11. International transfers
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
12. Changes
We will post updates here and, for important changes, tell you in the app before they take effect.
