1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Lord Jesus App ("we") for the use of Lord Jesus (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. What the Service is — and is not
Lord Jesus is an artificial-intelligence portrayal of Jesus Christ. It is not Jesus, it is not divine revelation, and it does not speak for any church. Its teaching is drawn from Holy Scripture, and quotations are taken from public-domain Bible translations, but it is a computer program and can make mistakes. Weigh what it says against the Bible itself and the counsel of your church.
It is not professional advice. It does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for a pastor, priest, counselor, doctor, or emergency services.
In an emergency, or if you are thinking of harming yourself or others, contact local emergency services or a crisis line immediately.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. One person per account.
4. Plans, payments and cancellation
- The Free plan includes, one time only, a 3-minute face-to-face encounter and 3 minutes of voice conversation.
- Paid plans (Disciple, Devoted and Beloved) renew automatically each month or year until cancelled, and include the face-to-face and voice minutes shown on the plans screen, renewed every 30 days. Unused minutes do not carry over. A daily limit on the number of answers applies to protect the Service from misuse.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before purchase and may include applicable taxes.
- You can cancel at any time in Account → "Manage subscription"; your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid. Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
5. Acceptable use
Please use the Service with the respect it is meant to carry. Do not: use it unlawfully; harass, threaten, or abuse; try to make it produce harmful, deceptive, or blasphemous content or misrepresent its output as words of Jesus or of any church; attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it; or resell access. We may limit, pause, or end access for misuse.
6. Content
You keep ownership of what you write or say. You give us permission to process it only to provide the Service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. The Service's software, design, and the portrayal are ours or our licensors'. Bible texts used are in the public domain; cross-reference data is from OpenBible.info (CC-BY).
7. Availability
We work to keep the Service available, but it may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued. Features that depend on third-party providers may change.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; important changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
10. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local law gives you additional rights. Questions: support@lordjesus.app.
